Welcome to Islet Gene View!

This is a web application for investigating islet gene expression data. The samples have been provided by the Nordic Network for Islet Transplantation(Link↗) and the samples have been sequenced by the Human Tissue Lab wich is part of Exodiab(Link↗). This resource has been created as a collaboration within Lund University Diabetes Centre(Link↗).

Under the Search genes tab, you can search for genes using symbols, Ensembl gene IDs or full gene names. You can show summary plots for a selected gene by clicking the gene.
